Shared Principles
- I represent an initiative, startup, fund, or organization created by Belarusians or supporting Belarusian entrepreneurship in exile.
- I commit to values of openness, innovation, entrepreneurial freedom, dignity, respect, and solidarity, which guide a free and inclusive society.
- I understand that the booth represents a community of independent professionals, not a state or government.
- I will behave respectfully toward other booth participants, visitors, partners, and event staff.
- I will contribute to an environment that reflects fairness, collaboration, and integrity, consistent with the spirit of democratic and creative communities.
- All logos, visuals, and demo content I provide are my property or properly licensed.
- I will ensure that any material displayed is appropriate for a professional, international audience.
- My participation is confirmed only after full payment of the agreed contribution fee.
- This fee is non-refundable except in the event of booth cancellation by the organizers.
- I take responsibility for my own equipment, materials, and personal belongings.
- I release the booth organizers from liability for loss or damage unless caused by their gross negligence.
